Use cases for data have changed dramatically over the past decade. We leveraged the key learnings that resulted from leading one of the industry’s early adopters of digital data for ten (10) years to develop a data asset library in such a way that we would could more fully address the needs of the market, at scale. And we did this with the mantra that the data had to be purely deterministic.
The following is a synopsis of the primary issues/objectives we help clients address as it relates to data.
Enabling clients to market in lower cost, higher engagement, digital channels where today’s consumer spend their time, is a primary focus of Audience Acuity, whether it be through social media such as Facebook, online and mobile ad display (as well as in app), mobile or via email.
Our data is 100% deterministic, meaning we compile at the individual level, ensuring all marketing execution and media costs are focused on the intended target as a verified match to the desired target audience. Our data set of nearly every adult in the U.S. comes with a broad array of channel data such as postal, email (both texted and hashed), mobile numbers, IP addresses, etc. Each record also carries over 300 data points that help facilitate improvements in segmentation and analytics. As such, Audience Acuity can enhance customer data sets with any/all data needed to help a firm execute its marketing plan.
We have a variety of capabilities that are proven to positively impact segmentation and customer journey mapping, which ultimately lift conversion and reduce attrition.
We use unique data science routines to transform 2 billion individual consumer records we own, or license, into one production grade national consumer database that represents nearly every U.S. adult. The data set is re-built quarterly and in the process this multi-channel database undergoes two disparate validation processes resulting in validated digital presence and a 99+% CASS certification for postal.
Data is available for use in digital, social, email and postal channels. Each record includes over 300 data points of detailed information across demographic, psychographic, lifestyle, behavioral, automotive and transactional data. Match rates for consumer data average 80 – 90% when loaded into Facebook for Custom Audience development and 40 – 50% when onboarded for digital use.
Sourcing includes public and courthouse records, real property information, phone directories, consumer surveys, self-reported information, response data, purchase transactions, publisher data, destination online sites and proprietary interactive campaign results as well as niche segmentation scheme overlays.
We have leveraged our extensive data industry leadership experience to build a company that focuses resources exclusively on our core capabilities and makes use of proven industry best-practices. Additionally, we have been careful to construct a data asset library with limited upstream restrictions on its use. Collectively, this has resulted in a more cost efficient operating environment than most data providers. As a result, we are able to provide best-in-class data products on a favorable cost basis.
