With the explosion of digital marketing, and new options released daily, we have first-hand experience watching clients struggle with implementation of digital marketing technologies due to the inherent complexity and client-side IT backlogs. Our goal was to introduce a way for clients to take advantage of digital marketing without the issues.
Our focus was to provide a means for clients to shift spend to digital and mobile inclined channels due to the lower cost. We also sought to provide a simplified user experience for target market selection/data extraction followed by streamlined campaign execution processes. We set out to package this in a non-IT supported technology stack due to backlog in IT projects that would be accessed in a SaaS framework to avoid any capital outlay. And our last critical success factor was to enable economies of scale in data buying for those users whose volume warranted it.
We believe we accomplished this with the Audience Acuity Platform, which is an acquisition oriented marketing automation platform that combines technology, data and marketing execution.
The Audience Acuity Platform provides a user directed, self-service environment to visualize audience potential across a wide array of demographic, lifestyle, personality, behavioral and transaction options. Further, the platform enables users to search using every popular geographic selection option as well as a unique mapping option that allows the user to plot the boundaries for geographic targeting.
Data loaded in the platform includes our Consumer Postal Database of more than 200 million records, our Consumer Email Database of just under 100 million records, our Consumer Digital Database of just over 100 million cookies, our Automotive Database of greater than 150 million records and our Business Database of about 40mm records.
Users are provided a turnkey environment to select audiences, build, execute, monitor and refine campaigns on one platform. Applications include Analytics including customer profiling and cloning, Campaign Execution for email and display advertising, and data export for loading into Facebook, Twitter or for direct mail. Users can also load data for enhancement.
