Jeff Berke Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Berke is Audience Acuity’s Chief Executive Officer. Jeff has more than 20 years’ experience founding, and leading data driven enterprises. Jeff focuses on businesses that facilitate omni-channel marketing objectives and drive operational efficiencies by enabling interactions across channels, platforms and devices.
For 10 years prior to joining Audience Acuity, Jeff served as the Executive Vice President of V12 Group through its late 2016 sale to Data Mentors. Additionally, Jeff was the Co-Founder and majority shareholder of dpIntellect for 15 years from its inception through its sale to First Data in 2018.
Jeff’s first leadership position was at Protocol Global Solutions where he served as the Vice President Sales in the late 1990s. Jeff began his career in Business Development at Electronic Data Systems and at American Express. Jeff holds a BS Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
Chris Alewine Chief Data Officer
Chris Alewine is the Chief Data Officer where he brings more than 25 years of consumer data and marketing leadership experience to Audience Acuity. Chris has overseen all aspects of data-driven businesses, including; data acquisition, data sourcing, target audience development, data privacy, identity matching and data linkage operations for both offline and digital enterprises.
Prior to joining Audience Acuity, Chris was Chief Data Officer for Throtle in Red Bank, New Jersey. Chris was the Chief Executive Officer of Edge Marketing Group and the Chief Data Architect at V12 Group, where he assumed a significant role in the acquisition of the company.
Earlier in Chris’s career he was Vice President of Targeting Solutions at Valassis (formerly ADVO), the nation’s largest direct mailer. He also has relevant early-stage experience as a founding partner and CEO of Bay Marketing. Bay Marketing specialized in consumer geo-targeting analysis and mapping. Chris began his career as a Marketing Coordinator with the Sam’s Club division of Wal-Mart and holds a BA from Lynchburg College.
Jeff Sopko Chief Strategy Officer
Jeff is responsible for driving the corporate strategy and growth initiatives across the organization. With over 25 years of experience in corporate leadership, marketing strategy, technology innovation, consulting and marketing services, Jeff is integral to corporate development, growth and innovation across the business units.
Jeff provides an array of expertise having spent the last 12 years as co-founder and President of Baesman Insights & Marketing a leading boutique data analytics-driven marketing agency focusing on customer loyalty, engagement and customer experience. Before that Jeff served as EVP of Sales and Marketing for Intelligauge Inc. a Toronto, Ontario based provider of database and business intelligence software. Jeff has been recognized as “Executive of the Year” by Loyalty360 and serves as a board member and advisor to both established and start-up companies.
Mike Tenenbaum Chief Financial Officer
Mike Tenenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer. Mike has more than 30 years of finance, administration and senior leadership experience. Mike has enjoyed success with information, technology and services businesses – ranging from large global organizations to mid-sized companies and PE and VC backed start-ups.
Prior to joining Audience Acuity, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of Connotate Inc., a SAAS company located in New Brunswick, NJ. Prior to Connotate, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of V12 Group, in Redbank, NJ.
Mike also held the role of Vice President of Finance for Dendrite International. Dendrite provided CRM solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. As the financial leader, Mike guided the company’s successful exit.
Mike began his career at Dun & Bradstreet and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Chad Hatch Chief Revenue Officer
Chad Hatch is Audience Acuity’s, Chief Revenue Officer. Chad brings more than 20 years of experience leading sales growth strategies for data-driven marketing-focused firms, driving enterprise digital transformations and developing customer experiences for Fortune 500 clients. Chad has several marketing platform certifications bringing expertise and experience in system integrations, configuration, and campaign execution in marketing platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and Oracle. Chad’s digital marketing experience is focused in data-driven Omni-Channel digital marketing, E2E consulting combined with functional and technical expertise, data and analytics, and partner alliance leadership.
Prior to joining Audience Acuity, Chad spent five years as a Go-To-Market lead for Accenture Interactive, where he was responsible for revenue growth of Accenture Interactive digital agency offerings and advancing digital marketing capabilities and within Accenture’s Fortune 500 client base. Before Accenture, Chad served in a sales leader role at Adobe Campaign (Neolane). Chad began his career in the U.S. Navy where advanced technology became his passion in life.
Bob Ellison Senior Vice President of Operations
Bob Ellison is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Audience Acuity. Bob has nearly 20 years of management and operations experience. Bob is responsible for the design and execution of marketing programs and he manages the day-to-day activities to support Audience Acuity’s clients.
Prior to joining the company, Bob was Senior Vice President of Client Operations at V12 Data where he managed a diverse team of client-facing support personnel in account management, technology and client services. Bob also led post-merger integration for client operations after V12 Group was acquired in 2016.
Bob began his career with Dendrite International, later Cegedim Dendrite. Cegedim Dendrite developed SFA software and compliance-related products for the pharmaceutical industry. Bob has an analytical background in FP&A, where he managed teams of financial and contract analysts. Bob holds a BBA and MBA from Pace University, New York.
Riad Shalaby Chief Marketing Officer
Riad Shalaby is the Chief Marketing Officer. Riad has more than 3 decades of consumer marketing and management experience. This includes operational experience with start-ups and senior leadership experience with large, global enterprises.
Prior to joining the company, Riad was the Chief Executive Officer of the Reunion Group in Ft. Lauderdale. He has served as the Chief Marketing Officer at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, at Tropicana Entertainment in Las Vegas and at Allconnect in Atlanta. Riad was Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Equifax and a member of the executive team at Abacus-Direct, a Division of DoubleClick.
In the 1990s, Riad founded and sold a technology company. The firm developed over 150 data warehouses in 8 different industries and was acquired by Group1 Software (NASDAQ, GSOFT) in 1995. Riad began his career with Hilton Nevada Corporation and holds a BS and MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
